These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NiWorkHub platform, applications, and services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description
NiWorkHub is a cloud-based CRM and productivity platform that provides tools for customer management, project management, task tracking, invoicing, subscriptions, support services, and related business operations.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activities conducted under your account
NiWorkHub is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service require paid subscriptions.

Subscription fees are payable in advance according to the selected plan

Payments may be made online or offline, subject to proof of payment

NiWorkHub reserves the right to suspend services for overdue or failed payments

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
6. Data Protection & Privacy
NiWorkHub processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 6/2022).
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to NiWorkHub.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely for lawful business purposes.
8. Service Availability
While NiWorkHub strives to ensure uninterrupted availability, the Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
NiWorkHub does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, NiWorkHub shall not be liable for:

10. Suspension & Termination
NiWorkHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service:
Upon termination, access to the Service will cease immediately.

NiWorkHub may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
